Lucky Lotions Refund & Returns Policy

At Lucky Lotions, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy is provided in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Change of Mind Returns

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.

  • If the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • faulty,

  • damaged in transit, or

  • not what you ordered,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we will offer you:

  • a replacement,

  • a refund, or

  • store credit.

We will also cover reasonable return postage costs if the product is faulty or incorrect.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@luckylotions.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. We will assess your claim and let you know the next steps.

  3. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.


Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be offered where:

  • the product was misused,

  • the product was damaged after delivery due to neglect or abnormal storage,

  • you changed your mind after opening/using the product.
