4. Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Orders include tracking where available. Tracking details will be provided via email once dispatched.

Proof of delivery will be based on the carrier’s records. If an item is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
5. Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Lucky Lotions is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect details or failure to collect, a re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Your Rights
Under the ACL:

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your goods are lost or damaged in transit, provided you notify us within a reasonable timeframe.

We will work with the carrier to resolve lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

Refunds or replacements for non-delivery will only be processed after the carrier’s investigation confirms the item cannot be delivered.

These rights are in addition to any shipping guarantees offered by our carriers.
7. International Customers

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.
